Mom’s Potato Salad

When I think of summer, I think of fun, family, and food.  My favorite recipe to bring to a summer BBQ is my mom’s potato salad.  The twist is using dill pickles!


Potato Salad

10lb white potatoes

Yellow mustard

Evaporated milk

Hard boiled eggs, chopped

Dill pickles, minced

Salt & pepper

Peel, cube and cook potatoes.

Mix mayo, mustard, and ~ 1 tablespoon of evaporated milk to make a dressing.

Add in eggs and pickles, garnish with salt & pepper.

Enjoy!
