Strawberry Shortcake

This summer, Greg has been spending many nights (and weekends) at his garden.  He’s brought home a bounty of cucumbers and tomatoes, but unfortunately, just about everything else has been on the animal salad bar. 
We went to the Minneapolis Farmers Market this last weekend, and saw the most amazing strawberries.  He cleaned and trimmed them, made biscuits, and topped with Cool Whip to make the most amazing summer dessert!

 Ingredients:
Bisquick (Greg swears he can tell a difference between that and the cheaper stuff)
Butter
Sugar
Milk
Follow the recipe on the Bisquick package to make biscuits, and plop it on a cookie sheet, and cook accordingly to package.

Clean and trim strawberries, toss on warm biscuits, top with Cool Whip. 
Delicious!
