Inspired by our friend, Torrie Lukin-Johnson’s hotdish, here’s a tasty dish:
1 box rotini (or other shaped pasta), cooked
1 lb ground beef, browned
~30oz tomato sauce
2 Cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Cook and drain the pasta. Pour into a 9″x13″ baking dish.
Next, brown up the ground beef, and add tomato sauce. Add any spices you like! (*Garlic, basil, oregano, etc.) *You could also use a jar of sauce if you prefer.
Pour meat sauce on top of pasta, then cover with mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
Makes excellent leftovers! Even Piper loved it!
